    TVC-SHRM awarded the 2016 scholarship for academic excellence to Serena Newton and Hannah Carpenter of Athens State University. Serena and Hannah are active members of the Athens State University's Student chapter of SHRM and were recognized for their academic excellence at the 2016 AL-SHRM conference held October 14, 2016 at Athens State University.
