Mike Bean, with PassionHR Consulting, Inc., will be the guest speaker for the February meeting.  He will speak on the topic of "HR as a Servant Leader - Understanding the Ten Principles of Servant Leadership.  Mike has over 25 years of Human Resource experience, 15 of which have been in leadership roles.  Mike is a true Human Resources Generalist / Practitioner with a strong knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, leadership and employee development, compensation, benefits and workers' compensation.  

Mike's summary of the topic:  "SERVANT AND LEADER - can these two roles be fused in one real person, in all levels of status or calling? If so, can that person live and be productive in the real world of the present? My sense of the present leads me to say yes to both questions. This presentation will explain why and how HR professionals can do both within their roles and how to make a positive difference through Servant Leadership within their organizations."
